Buttery Flakey Pie Dough

2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 sticks butter, cold
5-7 Tbs ice-cold water

Combine flour and salt.
Cut in butter.
Combine with water and stir.
Roll out or refrigerate.

Makes dough for 1 pie.
