Purchase pork and or beef back ribs if possible. Regular
beef ribs or spare ribs will do but are not as meaty.
Marinate ribs in mixture of one half soy sauce and one half
water 6 to 10 hours.
Place ribs on broiler pan with rack. Sprinkle ribs until
lightly covered with a mixture of :
4 Tbls paprika
1 Tbls accent
1 ½ tsp celery salt
1 ½ tsp onion salt
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp cayenne pepper
Sprinkle ribs with sugar until lightly covered.
Cook at 350
for 1 to 1 ½ hours depending on how meaty the ribs.
Ribs are ready to serve
when the meat has drawn away from the end of the bone.
Do not baste with bbq
sauce.
